Just had some durian, D24 purchased from the supermarket.
It has been so long since I had some and It....was.....goooooooood

Tonight for dinner, I am making Chicken Kofta. a recipe nicked from Australia's food mag Delicious. Unfortunately, they are not generous enough to share the recipe or the photo on their website.

Though it is quite a lot of work, all in the prep, the hassle is well worth it when the whiff of baking kofta balls in the oven fills the house.
