retro bar stools

I have a bar in the kitchen but it is lacking in seating. looking around in KL yielded no inspiration but one day I was just having my coffee leaning against the kitchen counter when my eyes fell on the poster I'd hung on my kitchen wall.

It is one of T's fav paintings by Edward Hopper called The Nighthawks c.1942.


It is of a diner and I thought wouldn't it be cool to have those exact same bar stools?!! So I have been looking around but luck is not on my side. You can buy these chairs and have them in any colour you want in this etsy shop - The furniture cove but they only deliver in the US. How frustrating.

They come in all colours and prints but I like these orange ones.
